Register at Square-enix japan

Everything is going fine when i registered to be a member on SE japan when the last step comes. In a translator, it says a portable mail address. It's not asking for my email address so just what the heck do i put in the blank?

this is the guideline:

※携帯電話以外のメールアドレスは入力できません。
※登録されたメールアドレスにサービス利用状況などのシステムメールやメールニュースを配信します。
※メールを受信するにはドメイン指定受信などの制限設定を解除するか、member.square-enix.comからの受信許可をおこなう必要があります。

tried it already... doesn't seem to work. Gives me this message:

It's telling you to please enter the mail address of the cell phone.

I can't help you more than that though. :/ It sounds confusing.

lol...i don't have a cellphone XD SE is such a picky company.
