Bomberman 64 was my first ever N64 game I played!

General Bomberman 64 thread.
Ah. The days when getting red bombs to blow up things awed me out.
n_n and the mini-boss fights were so fun and difficult (apart from Sirius I. which is just a practice anyway)
My favourite location was definitely either Blue Resort or Black City.
And at the time gathering secrets were too tricky for me... but I got Tennis Boots and stuffs to dress Bomberman up in.
I never got all the gold cards either :[
I should really set up the 64 and play it again sometime.

I had that game. It was good, but the sequal sucked. It wasn't that bad as a game just crap as a sequal.

what was everyones favorite boss?
mine was definetly either Orion or Artemis.
the effort it takes to platform jump in this game was fun!... to get the good stuff you almost ALWAYS needed Remote bombs.

My major disappointment with it was that you couldn't use the boss skins in battle mode. Or even better, the bosses with their abilities. Mmmmm...
After fighting Orion, we named throwing someone off the edge after him. My cousin got to be quite good at "Orioning" people.

The most memorable thing about this game for me was the song in the commercial, which was sung to the tune of the theme from the 1967 Spider-Man television series.

Tap Start as fast as you can for free levels!
Generally, I loved the secret parts of the first level (because it was like being in a Crystal temple that no one else in your family could find). The Final Boss was really easy, even with level 1 bombs.
Bomberman Hero wasn't that great. Or good. Or worth the fifty dollars I paid.
