I wouldn't really call (SPOILER)Zodiark or (SPOILER)Yiazmat or (SPOILER)Omega Weapon easy.

For the main storyline bosses, it just depends on how overleveled you are. I made it a point to be 5 levels above where I should have been at all times, and I never ran into a problem.
