Smitfraud-Fix Should get rid of it, a quick search on spywareinfo.com's forums shows every thread having the mods list smitfraud fix as the cure.

This is not to say that Smitfraud isn't the ONLY infection that is possibly in the computer. But from that pop up, a form of smitfraud is most likely present.

If that doesn't do it, I'd give Ewido Antimalware(or AVG Anti-Spyware i think its called now) a try, as its more powerful than spybot in my opinion. Spybot was one of the best years ago, but I fail to see it cleaning some of the meaner infections these days. But you may wish to turn off the background guard in Ewido, as it can get quite annoying with popups.
