You're above average level for that area.To get money, I have no idea. I'd suggest just running through the Paramina rift and killing stuff, I suppose.
I was in the early 20's at the start of Mt Bur-Omisace. I just finished in there and am in the late 20's and early 30's.
...you're going to have a somewhat easier time with the boss fights in there than I did. *says nothing more*
