Unless you have all your characters at level 100, I would think you can do it.
If they're on level 100 they'd die on LEVEL 5 DEATH
Not with Invincible Moon up! Also, he apparently has a very predictable attack pattern.

He is always level 100 and his attack pattern goes as follows.
Lv5 death
Meteor/Gravija/Ultima (one of those randomly)
Megido Flame:9998 damage to all
Meteor/Gravija/Ultima (one of those randomly)
Terra Break: multiple hits each doing alot of damage; overall your characters will get 16000+ damge each
Meteor/Gravija/Ultima (one of those randomly)
Light Pillar:9999 damage to one character
Any attack randomly

That was taken from FFVIII's Strategy Guide, figured out by the using the LVL Down ability on Omega, or they developed some kind of formula to figure it out. Or they probably got that off of the PC version, in which Omega's lvl is based on your characters.
So if you are playing FFVIII on a PS1, then he will always be lvl 100.
