My mum bought me a chocolate one. It's posh in order to make up for the fact she forgot to get me one last year. Each day brings me joy thanks to chocolate

Oh man I would love to have a Cadbury one.

But I still like my regular cheap chocolate Advent Calendar. I'm proud to say I've never gone crazy and eaten them all at once.

There are chocolate ones how did I not know of this!? Oh well, My Mom made her own advent calender that I used to get so excited about and every day there was some new presntish thing that we could pin down on the advent calender.

This year she is showing it to her First grade students.

I do have an orange with 13 nails in it, though. Only calendar I ever manage to go through with.

Well, it's not edible and there's no joy in pulling a nail out each day so at least it lasts.
