ive only gotten 17,luminecense,ive only found out though that you should prioritise mist charges over all and low ranks over high ones.your charecters use a quekining based on how many mist charges you have and mist charge replenishes them

I've seen all of the concurrences, minus Windburst I think.
My record's been 12 so far, but my characters are only around LV. 20 and not all of them have three quickenings each.
