The second major change which some of you have already taken note of is that we've come to a conclusion - at least for now - on how we are going to deal with name changes. The arguments came out in full on this discussion and a lot of angles were looked into. In the end, we decided as per our recent announcement that Kishi will take care of all name changes from now on - and if he doesn't think the name change is good enough, then he reserves the right to decline your request. This should hopefully stop people from making what most people regard as dumb name changes. Sadly, this setup wasn't put in place until after Kyono had taken the name 'DK'. I fully encourage people to PM him telling him what they think of his name change. We should make that the poll for this issue, actually. Take note, editors!
