How Loud Do You Sneeze?

My sneezes tend to be forceful and loud. My nasal passages tingle, then I breathe before the sneeze erupts, at which point my whole throat, nose and the connections between throb as a giant, loud sneeze burst out. It can actually hurt a bit with its force.

Once I tried repressing it at night so I didn't accidentally wake up my family, but, even though I succeeded in making it quiet, it's almost as if the sneeze stopped halfway up, and it hurt like hell in my nose and throat.

So the best I can do is cover my nose with my arm and try to muffle the sound.
