Rare and unique loot items question...

Is there a good reason to hang on to some of these anyone know?

Ive got a handful of items and each are worth 1-2k and just not sure what value they may have if any at all other than loot selling.

Any info is appreciated

Sell everything besides your Gyshal Greens and Teleport Stones. You unlock things in the bazaar by selling loot.

So none of the items go towards making items or anything? Thought i did see people somewhere saying they wish they had a way to judge how many of certain items they got for making an item or something, i could be wrong though.

I'm pretty sure that some items have other uses. Like the great snakeskin or whatever you get for beating Niddhog is used in some sidequest or another.

Gyshal Greens actually help unlock something too, I am pretty sure, I would have to check my guide though.

and a few others, i just hope i can find out if these are usable.

You use a grand total of ONE! mandatory Gyshal Green in the game.

1000 Needles and Great Serpentskin are optional for a sidequest. Otherwise, sell everything. When people mention that you need something to make an item, that means to sell it in order to produce a certain item at the Bazaar.

Just a quick question because i am trying to figure this out...but what direction would the Stilshrine of Miriam be guys? Do i have to take the ferry by chance, because that just hit me as a place i havent checked yet.
