The only FF games in which there is stuff to do after you beat the game are the FFII, FFIV, and FFV remakes for the GBA.

FFX-2 has New Game + though.

I'd suggest doing all the WiFi side quests first, and then do what Elpizo said:

In addition, if you haven't got summons like Odin, Leviathan or Bahamut yet, you should try to get them.

He is in the ??? cave just east of the floating continent.

He's quite hard..I tried him survived for one turn with only 2 of my characters at around 300 hp.

yeh, I tried him, after one turn, I only had one character left with about 300hp left. what level should I be to kill him?
