When do you generally know when to leave a party?
I would generally leave around the time half of the people have left, just to not seem like I'm too eager to get home or I'm too comfortable to leave. Or I just leave when my parents want to, considering I don't drive, which is often too early for me xD
P.S. The title of the thread came from Sound of Music, if you've ever seen it :)

When my parents decide to leave. Which can really be awful sometimes, when they're drunk and end up staying till the early hours.
When the first person throws up. If no one throws up then about when 2/3 people have left

I don't get invited to many parties but I usually tend to leave when my ride home does

Before it begins
Work parties: After the food is eaten, before they hit the bars. These guys are too old for me to hang around with all night.
Friends: Most things you could almost call a party that I attend are at my place anyway.

I go to parties with my friends most of the time. So I just get one of them to take me home since they are old enough to driveBut otherwise, I can saty up over there till about 2:00 in the morning on weekends, and 11:00 on schooldays. Its pretty cool

But usually it just ends up being whenever she wants to leave. I'm kinda like a puppy dog in that aspect.
When I stop having fun, I leave.
