I would tend to agree with you there, Wolf Kanno. It was a vocal theme for the time, really. And I would keep a save file right before the opera sequence so I could go back and listen to it. <3

Me personally, I prefer Real Emotion. It's Yuna's way of saying that, yeah she's upset and misses Tidus, but she's not going to let him hold her back and she's getting out to do what she wants.

Suteki Da Ne & Eyes on Me are my favorites.

I like the bittersweet lyrics of these songs. Suteki Da Ne really becomes the theme of FFX brining out the anguish of the main characters that must be endured for the world. It's really quite beautiful and personal.
