it's easy to say "what a dummy, he doesn't even know what i asked" but if i were looking at e mails all day of pretty much the same question, all worded almost the same, i don't know that i wouldn't mess up in the same way...i'm not saying it's excusable, but it's a simple matter to call the toll free number and let them know that one of their CC personnel misread an e mail, and to tell them what the real problem was...that's what i did and they did everything they could to try and fix it...unfortunately, the products i were receiving were either faulty or by some unforseen force were rendered unable to function.
the issue i have with them is they won't refund anything...policy or no, i'm unsatisfied with the product and one replacement wouldn't even function...now i'm no longer under warranty...after the warranty period is up, it's up! they can wash their hands of the whole thing..woo hoo 600 dollar paper weight
