I didn't have any snow come christmas it all melted...I was pissed!!

My dad lived in Minnesota (Over in the twin cities area as well) for about 4 years and I remember the first year I went there for X-mas and it was covered in snow, and then that kind of stopped happening for a while.
My sister just recently moved to Wisconsin and apparently everyone there is freaking out because it hadn't snowed for a while there too.
