yup i have it and when you turn the game on it says square-enix. se seems to be experimenting out of its rpg realm.

The PSP can do that.you only need one game to go multi-player. say for example you have mario kart and your friend doesn't have mario kart but all he needs to do is connect to your ds wireless to play mario kart
That's what "gamesharing" means.
