Hellfire chasm. Lost.

I'm stuck(ish) in U6 of the Hellfire chasm on DoS. I'm wandering all over the place with no idea where i'm going. It confused me at first because i thought i'd gone back to the world map. I've got the ship and some of the chests. Is the airship on here? And wheres the damn exit?

Well it's been awhile, but you have to go find a desert now, and the airship is there. Just like it was storywise. Then after that just fly around until you find the exit.

Is there more than one desert because i found one largish one with a palm tree in and nothing happened, there are a few small ones as well.

Cheers it was the big one, had to go to one particular square behind the palm tree.
