Class: Paladin (All the best artwork is Draenadins. Plus I've been planning to properly play a Pally for some time now, but I figured I'd wait once I heard Draenei could be Pallies.)

Spec: Prot so far, going to put about 15 points into that, then go Holy.
Professions: Jewelcrafting 54, Mining 80-ish.

Guild: None so far!

I got my US CE today, too. Damned shiny. I needed a new mousemat since forever, so that alone has me squeeing I've not bothered installing it yet (Computer gets a bit uppity about it due to file locations and stuff) but once I get it set up I'll be rolling a Belf Mage.
