Its kind of hard to compare since men never experiance child birth.
This will just be a guess, then.
In terms of pain per second, I'd say being kicked in the groin, because just a split second of the foot being in the groin is enough to paralyse a man. If it lasted as long as childbirth did, I think the man would die of shock.

Firstly have you ever seen a woman kicked in her sexual organs? I have, believe me the girl was in a HELL of a lot of pain that hurts them too, think about something with 10,000 times more nerves than your entire penis getting smashed against your pelvic bones? Another thing Women are easily hurt when smashed in the breasts, I have seen women fight and other women getting beaten up. Of course I stood up and took on any guy who did that to a woman but I have seen it enough said.
Men complain about being kicked there and yes it hurts, in all honesty I have been hit once in the balls and that was by Tinker's she never even meant to do it and it was with a playful punch. It hurt still but that is my only experience in that being hurt.
Women don't complain often about pain I guess they really are the "harder" gender at times.
Over all the pain thing, Childbirth, the childbirth can last DAYS.
Childbirth is purportedly worse, and I an agree with it. I really don't want to try shoving something the size of an ice block through my sensitive genitals.
However, that doesn't stop me moaning and pissing after I have recieved an unexpected kick, joust, or anything else to the gonads. There is something to be said about the fact that sometimes, the pain makes one delusional - all within a second.

It takes VERY little pressure to a man's groin to bring him to his knees. While it may hurt a woman to kick her full force in the groin, the same amount of force to a man would almost certainly make him black out.
The amount of pressure that it takes to make a man quite uncomfortable, when applied to a woman's groin area, would doubtfully cause much discomfort. It's difficult for a woman to understand.
Here's a way to try to explain it. Take one hand and hold it up flat. Now take your other hand and squeeze your fingers together (from the index and pinky inward). About the amount of force it takes before your fingers (in a relaxed position) give in and on folds under the other, would be enough force to make a man stop what he was doing and just a tad more pressure will have him on the ground.
Giving increasing pressure will cause the pain to radiate all the way up into the stomach. A swift blow will immobilize a man for probably 5+ minutes. (Been there)
If the pain of a rough groin kick were to extend over a period as long as childbirth the man would likely be in and out of consciousness constantly and would wish he was dead. The fact that women seem to be able to retain consciousness during childbirth makes me question how it compares to a full force groin kick. I'm not gonna say it's not horribly painful though becaues I'm sure it is, especially stretched over such a time period.
A woman's clout is highly sensitive as well - it's just not quite as um... dangly.
Woman have more sensitivity in the clitoris, not in the vagina. The clitoris is tucked away unless sexually aroused, the testicles are always dangling right there between a guy's legs.
Even the slightest tap of the testicles is enough to slow a man down from pain, a good swift kick will floor a man and possibly make him blackout.
Kicked in the testicles > childbirth

I think Psy hit it dead-on. Immediate pain, men have it worse. Entire experience, women.
As for girls not having any sensitive areas, they do, Iceglow pointed out that their breasts and crotch are far more easily pained than other areas of their body.

Hit a girl in the clit and she'll be in a lot of pain. I've seen it, poor girl got hit by a phone and it took her a few minutes to recover. The pain would probably be equal, it's just harder to hit a girl where it hurts.
