Yeah, I wouldn't worry too much about this. Technology patent lawsuits are like a dime a dozen.

Agreed. Give this other company its time to make its noise and I'm sure they'll finally reach a reasonable settlement. No one wants a lengthy court battle. It's just not profitable for either side, I would think.
