I might go out looking rough some times and on more than one occasion I have gotten with someone or flirted with someone in that state, nothing too major it's generally I haven't shaved in a day or 2 and maybe haven't had a shower just a wash or something (which in general can make you cleaner but not completely "fresh") I always do my hair before going out though so that's never a problem for me. And I take care of my teeth religiously.
