My Reddas was at level 80 when he joined my party and not level 60. Maybe it was more like 82 or something. It was in line with all my characters.

Hmm, interesting. I'm thinking by the time I'm done with Pharos at least one of my characters will be lvl 70, and my other main ones not too far behind, so finishing the main story shouldn't be a problem. Hopefully

I think Reddas is a couple of levels above your highest level character when you get him. I think Penelo was level 54 at that point, so for me Reddas is level 56.

I think Reddas was around 50 when he joined my party, but not sure..

He had a measely 2200 hp or so... died alot. kept him berserk since he doesn't do much else but attack anyway.

How interesting! My highest character was at level 58 so Reddas at 60 was in line with them too. I wonder if his level depends on the party. Sounds like it

Currently I'm 40-42 and I'm about to go south of Feywood, per the story... Not sure how close I am to the end though.
wow that is EXACTLY where I am... weird... Yeah guide says you should be 45 for end, I say 55-60, I have seen my friend do the end and the boss is HARD. Now, he was lvl 99 so he had no problem, but if you are lvl 40 you would be no match for him...

    I beat him at 47-48...
He wasn't all that hard with Shellga and Curaja and Protectga

    Just beat it :D

    Penelo - lvl 63
    Ashe - 61
    Basch - 60
    Vaan - 38
    Balthier - 38
    Fran - 38

The final battle wasn't too hard, just tedious, especially at the end :p

apparently I did less leveling than the average poster here....

my Reddas (Redass?) was level 53 before we headed for Ridorana.

I beat the game with every one of my characters at level 91. However, level 50 should get you through alright.

82 hours is pretty fast. People here have been averaging 100.

I'm slow cause with 3 kids running around I seldom have 2-3 hours a day to play. But it is a great hobby to relax from "mom duty"

Well its actually 91hours, but I figure 9 of those were leaving the PS2 on when doing stuff around the house, or managing stuff
