He doesn't take a bullet directly. He jerks his head back and the bullet mostly rickashe's off the goggles. And normal people also cant swing a massive sword like that over their head, or summon up large dragons, or fall unconcious into a stream of water and not suffocate. Or really anything these people do, in game and movie. Both are a legitamate source.
