Unable to access EoFF

Well, I can access EoFF just fine, but another member, opiumcloud, cannot. EoFF or youtube has not worked for him for days, so I'm making this thread on his behalf. Any idea what could be causing something like this? He can sign on AIM just fine, and I assume he can visit other websites, too.

What happens when he tries to access this site or YouTube? A "cannot connect to server" message or whatever?

on eoff, I get page not found error

what's funny, is that it says "we can't find eyesonff.com. would you like to go to a similar site, such as eyesonff.com ?

on youtube, I can browse the site but the videos never load

He should definitely try these suggestions in this order until something works:
- Update his browser to the latest version.
- Run a full virus scan and spyware scan
- Additionally, if he uses ZoneAlarm or a similar firewall, try disabling it temporarily and see if that helps.
- Check C:\Windows\system32\etc\drivers\hosts to make sure there are no erroneous entries there (beyond the typical 127.0.0.1 entry)
