i tried downloading some stuffs and i get this error, somebody help. thanks

If you're using IE, go to Tools > Internet options > Security, and slide the bar to medium.

If you're using Firefox, go to Tools > Options > Content (or Edit > Preferences > Content) and check the "Enable JavaScript" box.
Then you need to download and compile the Mozilla ActiveX module and add it into your mozconfig as per <a href="http://www.iol.ie/~locka/mozilla/control.htm">this</a>. Probably a bit easier to just ust IE.
