Theme of Love gets a lot of, well, love, but I can't say it ever did anything for me. There are a number of awesome tracks in the game. Personal favorites:
Though Prologue is a generic FF track I can think of no better place in the series where it was used to better effect than in FF4.
And there is one of my favorite dungeon themes of all time, Within The Giant.
Another honorable mention goes to the World Map theme, which lives up to the high standards set by most FF titles.

I've just started my first play of IV (better late than never) and this track right here, the Kingdom Baron (castle) one:
Where have I heard it before?? It's definitely familiar! I thought it might be Fort Condor in VII, but that seems to be a different track. Halp it's driving me nuts
