VdGG has always been more of a challenge for me personally but I really like some songs like "House with no Door." Also Peter Hamill had a major influence on the early style of my favourite vocalist, Fish from Marillion.
Yesss. I got Misplaced Childhood a couple of years ago for that exact reason. But other than Kayleigh, I couldn't get into any of it yet - and that song I had heard before on the radio when I was younger. The similarities are there for sure!

Perhaps because I've been talking about Evangelion a lot lately with a few people, it was not a surprise this popped into my youtube recommendations and I liked it when I heard it at the end of Rebuild 3.33; but now having a chance to listen to it again recently, and even hearing some tragic history around the time the song was written really made me love this track and appreciate it more.
