It looks like Microsoft Scripting host, do you use Norton Internet Security or Anti-virus?
Services host, not scripting. Services are pretty critical to Windows running as well as it can. If you were more precise in explaining what the error is, it'd be more helpful. Otherwise, all you've said so far is "I have an error, help me".
Oh it was a good guess...Originally Posted by Arche

It only does it when you're on the internet and not before for connect? Since you recently reinstalled, I'll assume you haven't patched your PC, so it might be getting hit by Blaster and Sasser worms and being a new instal, all nice and unpatched and vulnerable, bad things are happenning
First step is enable a firewall - either install something decent like Kerio, or at the very least, use the crappy in-built XP one which at least is good enough to protect you temporarily, so you can stay online long enough to download the patches without crashing half way through. You can do the latter if you look around in the properties of your internet connection. Next, easiest for most users is to run Windows Update. You'll probably be told to reboot after the patches finish installing, and you should be fine after that.
Just a side note you'll need to run that about three times to get all the patches.Originally Posted by Arche
Is Windows Update that bad at updating your system?
No, its just the way they release the patches, for example you can't install the IE6 service pack until you've installed the IE6 update, and you can't do that till you've upgraded to service pack 1, it can be a nightmare on dialup...
