Notice the (theoretically)? That means that going by Terence's calculations, the timer keeps counting for 2 years, 98 days, 12 hours, 6 minutes, 28.2666 seconds, even though the graphical display only shows a green 99:59:59.

is that true?

I believe so. It is more trustworthy than someone claiming the timer resets as soon as it hits 99:59:59.
