I would feel sorry for the girl, but truly, I don't. Stupid people of that nature gain no compassion or care from me.

I don't think it's fair or right to prosecute either of the 'adults' in this situation. They certainly took advantage of her, but it was her stupidity that was being taken advantage of, not her age. It'd be one thing if she was 12 years old, but she wasn't. She's just as guilty as her idiot mother is and she's just as lewd as that disgusting boyfriend is.

It's a huge turn off to know mothers can sink that low. Though these days, I can hardly be surprised.
Here is a nice load of hypocracy in the legal system. At 15 you can very easily be tried as an adult because you appearantly know full well what you are doing but low and behold you are not in the know enough to have sex or get an abortion(in some states).
I say just keep these two adults under very close supervision. That would be the best solution.
