The Chocobo quest can be finished on Disc 4 I believe, and you can also get Ragnorok on Disc 4 and go and draw max potent magicks from Islands Closet to Hell/Heaven. If I were you, I would also get the Gilgamesh and Laguna cards seeing as they refine into 10 Holy Wars and 100 Heros respectively.
