Does anyone know what the hell this next challenge is?

"The Post" and "they" sound akin to that of eeire and mysterious military officials in some obscure faction that I have never heard of up until now.

So if anyone one is willing to clarify, that would be much appreciated. I PM'd tan, but he responded with nothing but an explanation tha he doesn't have a link to what it is. So ultimately, that did nothing in the ways of enlightening me.
