MONEY , working hard for it . The season of GREED taking away from it because of some stupid day where we pretend a big fat man in a red suit breaks into our house to give to us...(that 's a good message to feed to your kids, wait untill a small man in a sky mask breaks in and they are expecting an imaginary friend to be there or to get gifts from him....). Being a little poor becuase you hadf to help the commercial businesses grow so that your son can beat up an action figure and break it like his other 20 figures all in a year and then throw it down the waiste basket...has everything to do with it. Some people aren't religious, but they still celebrate Christmas in a commercial way and as a holiday to spend with loved ones.
BAH. It's all about commercalism. Spending time with your family to waiste money and to get what you want and dont have to pay for it. The season of lets use getting gifts as an excuse that we spent an hour with the family. Then when they are gone and we give them our hugs , on every other day of the year we probabally wont even see them...
We all are played like retarded chimps following the banna after product and product and then we all form a ZOO in our homes durring "christmas"....
Call me selfish, but I don't mind a season where I get stuff, and give stuff to people I care about to see them smile. I quite like it. There isn't much else to Christmas that I enjoy besides the gift giving and receiving. Religion? I'm an atheist. The food? I can hardly eat Christmas food (basically ham), I'm a vegetarian and a picky eater. So yup, the gifts are nice.

You want to see a smile . Look at the toy companines executives or clothes companies or whatever. They probabally have a grin so large that you couldnt buy it with plastic surgery.

Yah just enjoy your parents waisting money on you for that gi joe that you'll break in a day as opposed to that sandwhich that you could have ate. Money is best spent for you when you need it not when you want it. People work hard for there money, just because a day on earth is dressed in green and red it doesnt mean that you should get everything you want simply because you want it.
Christmas is an inconsiderate , thoughtless , money scheme of a day.

I hate Christmas, last year sucked, my family were horrible, and when I got home from my aunts, I discovered my bedroom had been raided and some of my stuff stolen. (I love my step family so very much.)
I used to love Christmas when I was really tiny, I have a picture of me and my Grandad on Christmas day on my shelf, but after him being really ill, it kind of ruined Christmas for me forever cause I have such bad memories of that time of year.
