It was an Estonian name, actually.

Dick has always been a very weird name to me for obvious reasons... - unfortunately I don't know anyone with that name.

I know a girl called Vivi, though. It is actually a normal female name in Denmark. Oh, and my foster little sister is called Tippe, which directly translated means "to tilt" in Danish.

Tippe reminds me of Tip from Wizard of Oz so that name instantly becomes A+.
