The dumbest thing I did whilst drunk was ringing my first serious boyfriend and screaming down the phone that I loved him very, very much! My mates were in fits of laughter. And he had a very sore ear!
I dont do much when im drunk, I say alot though.
I feel sorry for the poor Panda. I'm going to send him some Bamboo Shoots in a parcel to make him feel better. Bless his little fluffy socks.
As for your second question - I've never been irresponsible enough to get myself drunk, so I cannot answer.

I do not need alcohol in my system in order to do really stupid things.
Like that time I thought it was a good idea to drive through a Washington State mountain pass in the middle of winter with only about five minutes of thought beforehand.
Well, not even five minutes. It went like this:
Friend: *calls* Hey, let's go to Wenatchee.
Me: *groggy* What time is it?
Friend: I don't know. 6:30. 6:35!
Me: What? No. I'm going back to sleep. I'm going to hurt you.
Friend: Okay. Think about it some more. I am going to take a shower.
Me: Ugh. Bye.
Me: I have nothing else to do... okay, fine.
About 10 minutes after this we were on the road to Wenatchee from Seattle. On the way there we went 90 mph through the aforementioned mountain pass in conditions less than fit for 90 mph. Hit a patch of black ice, almost spun out and flew over a cliff. Then ran into a snow bank(the official story is that it attacked us). And my friend also had school that same day.
And this is actually mild.
I also took up smoking because I was bored. I don't do it anymore though.
Dumbest thing I did when I was drunk was steal a flag pole.
