I own both. I don't like FF11, it's hard to lvl, The changing of jobs bugs me, the community is rude, and you can't hop around. WoW is a lot easier and a lot more friendly peopl. Also a lot more people to call you a noob but there's the Jump button(if you can't tell already i'm a hopin' alliance character)
