I can't stand going to sleep without brushing my teeth. It's like getting in bed after rolling in some mud. I also brush mornings and evenings. I'll rinse my mouth out after eating some sugary stuff too. I want to go without seeing the dentist for a very long time. I'm sick of them.
I brush my teeth after every breathe to make sure none of that nasty carbon dioxide gets stuck on them.

Same, except I started doing it with regularity only two months ago. A root canal treatment is a really good incentive to keep my teeth clean.
