Zell vs Rosa
My vote will go for Zell i mean Duel (Armageddon Fist) actually i think one punch rush would be enough to defeat Rosa.
Zell is an asshole of a character, but then again, Rosa can't actually hope to win against him, so Zell it is.

Rosa, as a charachter, she is pretty deep and she doesnt do much damage, but white mages are depended on for freakin survival.
Despite of everything, she still loves cecil through all this hardship, and plus, she could heal any attack that hit her, cast float, full life, reflect, all the best WM spells!
