The Admins don't have many usernotes because they are too cool to associate with most normal members. They can only associate with each other.

People usually post in peoples usernotes when they have seen them post in somebody elses or their own usernotes. Admins probably don't have the time to spam up everybodies usernotes.

I don't have many usernotes but I am far and away the most beloved and respected member of Eyes on Final Fantasy. So that tells you all you need to know! :3
