I googled it and found it's just nothing more than a place where you can fight Mesmerizes. Unless I'm missing something...

I'm hoping you've played the game before so that there won't be any spoilers...

If I remember correctly it's (SPOILER)where the lunar cry struck like 70-80 years earlier... and wiped out the centra civilization...

i thought the previous lunar cry happened right near the centran tower (where odin is at)? the place where the blue stones are littering the ground. it's near edea's orphanage.
