Well it kinda says:
Summons will have a different role than usual. They will be able to change form (Shiva will turn into a motorcycle for Lightning), and will not be limited to a single element.
Which to me sounds more like it's not the Lightning element but when she is being used by the character Lightning. Then as a furthur add-on it talks about multiple elements.
If all that is true, you know what that means?

We'll be able to ride a shiva motorcycle around the world...!!!
