I've grown out of the rename characters mindset years ago, though sometimes when I feel bored, I name characters stupid names for a cheap laugh.

I mostly give stupid names to Chocobos in FFVII anyway. My fastest gold chocobo was named KTHXBY, for example. It was the offspring of ROFLOL and WTFBBQ.
