I drink a couple pints a day, though its usually mixed with some orange squash. I don't like water on its own.

Well, it was a while since I last had a headache.
That being said, I think I drink sufficiently; about 8 glasses a day.
A hell of a lot. Got to be over 2 Litres (Psychotic says: Stay in school and use the metric system!
I drink 1.5 liters at work (because that’s how much is in the bottles I get) and then however much while I’m at home. I don’t really count, I just... drink. I do get very cranky when I’m all out of water, though, and I refuse to drink it out of the tap.

If I have access to coffee I can toss back two liters of it a day easy.
