Islands of Adventure eventhough it's limited in the amount of rides. I like all the rides there.

Incredible Hulk Rollercoaster is a favorite of mine:

It shoots you out from a giant purple tube.

Dueling Dragons is fantastic:

Each one is different. I think the red one is faster and the blue one has more spirals.
