If you're playing FFIV Advance Palom can learn it around Level 50.

who levels palom up that high? all though i will say i love palom and porom.

They gain experience while they're out of the party, Palom and Porom were like level 51 when I could get them back.

i havent played FFIV advance i didnt know you get them back at all i see more has changed then i thought.
