Default You remember the exotic dancer from Troia?

Well here is that scene in the remake. Don't look if you don't want to be spoiled

    Vaan - "Hey, you!"
Penelo - "Yeah, you! The one reading this sig at this very moment!"
Vaan - "Interested in playing FFXII International Zodiac Job system?"
Ashe - "But you have no knowledge of the Japanese language?"
    Fran - "....We could help...."
Balthier - "That's right, Fran! Just click on Crossblades' thread on the very bottom of this signature and it will show you all license grid translations, magicks and tecks locations, and other changes that were made!"
Basch - "Don't forget though. Swap Magic is needed to play this game if you don't own a japanese PS2."
Vaan - "Also remember that if you played the original, you'll have an easier time playing the international version. We hope you enjoy the International Zodiac Job System experience. See ya then!"

Just a nitpicking correction, it's the dancer in Baron. You can tell by the walls surrounding them, the pool of water nearby, and the staircase at the bottom of the screen.

That certainly puts a new perspective on those dancers. Trying to impress the Dark Knight, huh...

If I remember correctly, that particular dancer in Baron would not dance in the beginning of the game because of martial law; she feared that the Dark Knight would report her or arrest her for dancing, but danced for the Paladin. Am I right?

She would always dance at the beginning of the game. It's when you return to Baron to face Cagnazzo that she declines for fear of punishment.

Oh, so she'd be like, "Don't arrest me, Dark Knight, I'll dance for you!"

Do you get to watch the punishment if you buy the pass?

I still prefer the old sprite version. The dancing in that was just fun to watch. Now they tried too hard to make it look like real dancing and it fails.

On the other hand it linked to some nifty other videos of the game and I must say it's looking hawt so far.

    Speaking of the other Videos.

This is how a Remake should look.

I so want the American release now.
