I however must choose Skin from Skunk Anansie because I think she rocks the cheese.

Let's talk about this in The Lounge where all the ROCKERS belong!

There's Candace Kucsulain from the thrash/metalcore band Walls Of Jericho. Not my favourite band, but certainly worth noting. She has quite a range considering her band's lack of same, and without her they'd be just another mediocre breakdown-fest of a band.

Feist is definitely a rocker. Remember she was in Broken Social Scene the indie rock supergroup before she started her solo career. Her solo career also has various rock elements. She rocks it hard in the song "Sea Lion" of the 2007 album, The Reminder.

On to the list...none of the above.

Feist, Regina Spektor, Neko Case (new pornographers), Jenny Lewis (Rilo Kiley), and of course KAREN O (Yeah Yeah Yeahs).

I would include M.I.A. as well, but she's not really a rocker.

No chicks have rocked as hard as these three have. Carrie Brownstein's roaring guitar, Janet Weiss' thundering drums, and Corin Tuckers' unbelievable wail (one of the best in all of rock music) together are rock perfection. There are very few groups that can match the raw ferocity of songs like "Entertain", "One Beat", or "The Fox".

Forget greatest female band ever, Sleater-Kinney is one of the greatest bands period.

Honorable mentions go to Karen O, PJ Harvey, and Brody Dalle.

Oh, alright then. I'm not that familiar with Feist; I didn't know she used to be in a band.

.. and also, no.. M.I.A. is not a rocker.. she's hard to label, but defnitely not a rocker I guess you could call her a hip-hop/grime artist, with some world music elements?

I second the mention of Sleater-Kinney. Let's Call It Love is a fantastic 11 minute sandblast of a song.

PJ Harvey trumps everyone though. She's magnificent.

Amy would be the best of those options but THE BEST chick rocker is Angela Gossow.

Evanescence ROX MY SOX OFF!!!!! I have to vote for them because Evanescence rules, but I wouldn't date or sleep with any of them. My tastes head to my age level(male or female) and I plan on staying a virgin.

    Hailey Williams. I love Paramore.

I also like Aya Hirano too. But she wasn't on the list.

I chose the "I hate all of these options." Amy Lee is the best of those three, and I fully admit to loving her voice, but the band sucks and her vocals don't suit that style at all anyway.

I chose the fifth option because I hate them all. =3
