I guess all of the characters are "locked" into their roles judging by the video (like Mario and Kirby always being the fighters at the start). Some of them will probably be interchangable like Mario & Kirby and Peach & Zelda.

Also, for people wondering about Adventure Mode you can check out these videos. It may fill in some missing holes and answer some questions about the story. I'm still wondering about some of the characters though (like why Ike and Lucas are alone, why Yoshi and Link are teaming up, what's with Bowser and Wario trophyizing characters, and how the Ice Climbers and Meta Knight are working together. I'm guessing the Subspace Army left Meta Knight stranded on Icicle Mountain).

This makes me a happy Roto. When Wario was annouced in Brawl and he was the WarioWare version, a little piece of me died. Yay Classic Wario! Plus, this could possibly open the door for other costume changes.

Except that they say that "Wario alone is unique" in this update, kinda ensuring that it won't happen to anyone else. Otherwise, this update would be awesome. People could get the Celda outfit for Link, and Ike could Class Change. :P

In fact, you could use this to handle clone characters. Switch through a character's outfits, and then you access their clone characters. Sonic becomes Shadow, etc...

It's unlikely, but I would laugh if his new costume let him use his purple Cadillac instead of his motorcycle. xP

The dark color is more then an outfit change, it actually looks like Dark Link. So Shadow from Sonic isn't an impossibility.

Whats Unique about Wario is that he has 2 completely different Sets of Outfits. An entire set of Wario Ware, and an entire set of Classic, giving him twice the options of everyone else.

At least they padded the update with a good song. Still, kind of a let down update for the most joyous day of the year.
