If your phone came with a USB cable to connect to your computer you can use it to plug your phone into your computer and upload your images. If you don't have a cable you can email your picture(s) from your phone to yourself and then save them to your computer from your email.
Or, if you have an SD card in your phone, you can transfer the files from the card to your computer.
